No. Care includes overnight presence but is not continuous 24-hour care. There may be periods of approximately 4–6 hours away during the day, so the arrangement must be appropriate for your pets’ needs.
Households with more than two pets may be considered. Additional pets are priced individually based on their care needs.
Routine oral and topical medications can generally be accommodated. Established injectable medications may also be considered after the care requirements have been reviewed.
Yes. New clients begin with a complimentary Initial Visit to meet, introduce the pets and home, review routines and access, and make sure the arrangement is a good fit.
There is no standard check-in or check-out time. Arrival and departure are coordinated around travel plans and the pets’ needs. Any charge for substantially additional care is discussed in advance.
Access is arranged before care begins and may include a key, secure lockbox, or established keyless-entry method. A reliable backup means of entry may be requested when appropriate.
Indoor cameras must be disclosed before care begins. Recording devices are not permitted in bedrooms, bathrooms, or other private areas used for sleeping, changing, or personal use during an overnight stay.
